Hiking

Hiking events will be held during the summer and fall to show our community how invasive plants are impacting the environment and biodiversity. This is also a great opportunity for you, your family, and your friends to get some fresh air and meet other community members in your neighborhood! For participating, each person will receive free milkweed seeds/native wildflower seed bombs. We will be meeting at Grandravine Community Centre’s parking lot and then hike on the trails of Northwood Park. You can pre-register for the event below the map. We hope to see you there!

*Hiking events are done for 2021! Tune in next year for some new events!

*Note: Please remember to wear a mask in case social distancing is not possible. We will also be providing hand sanitizer and free reusable masks (that you can keep!) before we go on the hike.
